Merengue & Merengue Rueda Lesson: Open Level

Merengue is a really easy and fun dance with happy music! 💃🏻🎶 🕺🏽

Learn combos, fun moves, enjoy the flow and creativity of this dance, polish your dancing skills. 😌

Lessons are for ages 50 & up. Partner not required.

11-11:30 AM BEGINNERS … learn or review basic step, some turns … we’ll use some of these moves in the Merengue Rueda portion of class

11:30 AM - 12:00 PM BEYOND BEGINNERS … add to your Merengue repertoire and we can include some of these moves in the Rueda portion … practice to music 🎵 😎

12:00-12:30 PM MERENGUE RUEDA … like Square dancing to Latin music only in a circle. We’ll learn some easy moves with calls + practice to music 🎶

$1 for each 1/2 hour of class to instructor + $2 to Sr. Center for each week you attend activities there.

Shoes with backs, with soles that can pivot are suggested.

We are often balanced with leads and follows, but sometimes we could use another lead or two.
