= Other thoughts

* We voted on the name, and we're going with Stockholm Ruby, spelled out.
* Documentation is important, especially after the event. Notes of what
people missed, pictures, things to make people think we're fun, smart,
or worth joining.
* We should have a checklist for organizing an events. How much
beer/food to get for a given number of attendees (optional of course),
is someone taking care of documentation, how to
tweet/Meetup/Facebook/whatever, and other very important things.
* Question newcomers to us may have: Where do I start? Rails? Ruby? Can
I write Rails without knowing Ruby? What is all this? Might be smart
to have/point to a glossary.
* Relatedly: are _we_ about Ruby or about Rails?
* Idea: presentation preparation night, where we help each other
practice and prepare presentations.

= We need your help

We would like someone (or some ones) to be responsible for each event.
This person makes sure someone (not necessarily them) takes care of
marketing, space, food, drink, presenters, coaches, and whatever else is

The only event lacking any clear leader are the two presentation nights.
Would you like to help? Get in touch!

I'm happy to attend an installation/intro type meetup as a mentor, but I don't I can find the time to (co-)arrange one – didn't mean to give that impression.

We (Barsoom) are definitely up for arranging that open-space-or-something, though, and hopefully a hiking event as well.

Beginnings of a new site here: http://stockholmruby....

Feedback welcome, otherwise I'll keep using my own questionable judgment ;)

I added some GitHub issues with ideas of things to add.

If anyone wants to contribute, let me know and I'll give you access.

If you have designers to throw at this, please do.
