This is the first Still in Motion walk - a pilot gathering to explore how movement and shared reflection can support overthinkers.
We walk together to slow our thoughts, soften overthinking, and find clarity through gentle movement and shared reflection.
This is a calm, welcoming walk for people who think a lot, feel deeply, or simply need space to breathe.
We’ll meet at the foreshore, draw a reflection card, and walk together, sometimes in silence, sometimes in conversation.
There’s no goal and no pressure, just space: for clarity, calm, and connection. We will go for coffee/breakfast afterwards. You can leave anytime!
