Welcome to this calm space for meditation and self-awareness.
We practice simple, grounded meditation—mainly breath-based and body-centered. No religion, no dogma, just presence.
Whether you’re new or experienced, you are welcome here.
🗣 I guide in English, but I can also provide instructions in French 🇫🇷 and Chinese 中文 if needed.
Our sessions are gentle, silent, and open to all. Just come as you are.
This group is open to everyone – beginners and longtime meditators alike.
You don't need any experience. Just a willingness to sit and breathe.
Each session lasts about 40–60 minutes, including a short introduction, a guided meditation (in English, French or Chinese if needed), and optional sharing at the end.
We meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM in a quiet space in [location].
