This is a gentle, low-pressure somatic gathering for anyone seeking a quiet, supportive space to rest and regulate in community. It may feel especially supportive for highly sensitive people, introverts, and those with socially sensitive nervous systems.

The focus of this gathering is somatic intuitive healing, nervous system support, and shared presence. There is no talking or sharing required in this space.

What to expect:
• A slow, guided somatic experience focused on safety, choice, and body awareness
• Guided practices including orienting, noticing sensations, breath, and rest
• An opening ritual where we light a candle together (please bring one if you can)
• A gentle closing to help reorient before the session ends

Who this is for:
• People who feel anxious or overwhelmed in social or group spaces
• Those experiencing fear-based nervous system responses or phobias
• Folks seeking somatic support without social pressure or expectation

Who this may not be for:
• Those looking for group discussion, verbal processing, or interactive exercises

My name is Janae, and I am a student somatic practitioner training in Somatic Intuitive Healing®. This gathering is offered as part of my ongoing intention to create safe, supportive spaces for sensitive nervous systems.
