Take in the healing power of sound with this renewing Sound Bath offered by Angela Urso, Reiki Master. Blending crystal bowls with supporting vibrational instruments, Angela holds space to encourage gratitude and grounding in advance of the holidays.

Welcome the calm before the holidays with a restorative evening designed to settle your nervous system and refill your cup. On Sunday, November 23, we’ll gather for a soothing sound bath and close with an intuitive oracle pull to anchor your personal message for the season.
What to Expect:

~Gentle grounding + breathwork to arrive in your body
~Deep relaxation with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes
~Hands-off Reiki
~Quiet integration, then a personal oracle pull
What to Bring:

~A yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lay on (studio mats & blankets available)
~A blanket and pillow for coziness
~Water to stay hydrated
~Eye mask
~Journal (if you would like)
