Welcome the calm before the holidays with a restorative evening designed to settle your nervous system and refill your cup. On Sunday, November 23, we’ll gather for a soothing sound bath and close with an intuitive oracle pull to anchor your personal message for the season.
What to Expect:

\~Gentle grounding + breathwork to arrive in your body
\~Deep relaxation with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes
\~Hands-off Reiki
\~Quiet integration, then a personal oracle pull
What to Bring:

\~A yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lay on (studio mats & blankets available)
\~A blanket and pillow for coziness
\~Water to stay hydrated
\~Eye mask
\~Journal (if you would like)
