What to Expect:

Gentle grounding + breathwork to arrive in your body

Deep relaxation with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes

Hands-off Reiki

Quiet integration, then a personal oracle pull

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lay on (studio mats & blankets available)

A blanket and pillow for coziness

Water to stay hydrated

Eye mask
