Embers to Earth: A Sound Healing Experience

Embers to Earth is a grounding sound bath and hands-off Reiki experience created to support release, renewal, and nervous system restoration. Held in the tender energy of a fresh lunar cycle, this gathering invites you to let go of what has been burning within, soften out of survival mode, and reconnect with the steadiness of your body, breath, and inner knowing. Through crystal singing bowls, intentional sound, and Reiki energy, you’ll be guided from intensity into stillness, from ember into earth. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held, cleared, and gently rooted into the next chapter of your becoming. Oracle cards will be at the end to further reflection.

What to Bring:

-Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

-Blanket for warmth and comfort

-Pillow or bolster for support

-Eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)

-Water bottle for hydration

-Journal (optional, for reflections after)
