Hello and a warm welcome :) We are excited to have you join us and look forward to meeting and greeting you at your first event.

There are ongoing costs to maintain the meetup group - each member will be asked to pay £5 annual fee. Fees are requested each November or when a new member joins. New members are required to pay within two weeks of joining - if payment is not received, we will unfortunately require to remove you from the group. Please contact the group organizers to discuss further.

Please RSVP/decline events as they are added and remember to change your RSVP to decline if you can no longer attend - this will allow others to sign up. Unfortunately, if you have 3 no shows, we will remove you from the group :(

Safety, Responsibility, and Participation
By RSVPing to events, you agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings before, during, and after the event. You understand that activities may involve movement, walking, social interaction, or other situations where personal care and judgment are needed.

The organiser, hosts, volunteers, or anyone associated with the event do not accept responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of attending or participating in this event. If you bring guests, you agree that they also understand and accept these terms. Please ensure the event location, activities, and setting are suitable for you (including accessibility, physical ability, and comfort).

By attending, you also agree to respect the comfort, boundaries, and wellbeing of others at all times. If you have specific concerns about safety, accessibility, or suitability, please contact the organiser before the event.
