- What’s a Club de tejido? For decades “Stitch and Bitch” circles all around the world have been an expression of unity and anti consumerism. Ths is an open call to anyone interested in fiber arts and community in CDMX
- What’s the goal of Club de tejido? To create a 3rd space outside of work and home. A place to take a break from screens while improving craft and language.
- Who is invited? Any language, any age, anyone interested in knitting, crocheting, weaving, sewing, cross stitching, embroidery, tapestry, etc
- What can I expect? To avoid traffic while getting all the chisme in an inclusive and bilingual environment. Take a break away from your phone, have a show and tell, maybe finish your project.
- How do I join? By RSVP-ing space is limited
- Are there rules? Come ready to exchange languages and ideas. Bring your materials and keep in mind the space restrictions of working in a cafe. It’s an opportunity to be a luddite, cell phones and photos are discouraged.

- ¿Qué puedes esperar? Evitar las horas pico de tráfico y disfrutar del chisme en un ambiente inclusivo y bilingüe. Tómate un descanso de los dispositivos electrónicos y tal vez termines tu proyecto (¡finalmente!).
- ¿Quién está invitado? Personas de todas las nacionalidades, de cualquier edad, quien esté interesado en tejer, hacer crochet, coser, punto de cruz, bordado, tapiz, etc.
- ¿Hay reglas? Ven lista para hacer intercambio de idiomas e ideas. Trae tus materiales y recuerda las restricciones de espacio cuando trabajemos en un café. Es una oportunidad para ser lúdicos; dejemos los teléfonos móviles y no tomemos fotos, por favor.
