A previous event used this cookbook, let's bring it back and try out recipes from Joshua McFadden’s Six Seasons Cookbook that feature recipes from Early Summer and Midsummer!
I will not be posting a menu from this book, this book is available at the library if you do not have a copy. Since we will be in Early Summer/Midsummer, please pick a recipe from that section of the cookbook. Produce featured in those sections include beets, carrots, celery, fennel, potatoes, turnips, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, string beans, summer squash. In this invite are 2 photos from the cookbook to give you an idea of the recipes that are featured in early summer and midsummer.
I will provide utensils, plates, napkins. Please bring your own beverage. If you'd like to take any leftovers from other dishes, please bring your own Tupperware.
