This training session will feature:
· Tina Siebert, Realtor with Circa Properties. Tina is well versed in all aspects of Residential Real Estate – working with buyers, sellers, investors, rehabbers, multifamily units and foreclosures, plus she is a landlord. Tina will break down the process of real estate investing, providing the groundwork for those new to the game and sharing insights for seasoned investors.
· Ella Gross, HomeScreen Manager, will review the tenant screening process & ARCH (At-risk Renters Connection to Housing).
· US Bank will have information available on their current loan products.
