You are invited to a Landlord & Rehabber Training on Tax Sales, LRA, & Prop Neighborhood Stabilization Deals Wednesday, June 25, 11:30am to 1pm, offered in-person at the Commerce Bank Science Education Center, 4651 Shaw Blvd, 63110 (next to O’Connell’s Pub). Park on the West side of the building. Bring Your Own Lunch.

This training session will feature:
· Dale Sweet, attorney specializing in Tax sales will layout the process for buying at a tax sale
· Shelton Anderson, will share their process for buying property from STL City’s land bank, known as LRA
· Sean Thomas, Proposition Neighborhood Stabilization will share details on property availability and how to nominate an LRA property for stabilization investment by STL City.
· Ella Gross, HomeScreen Manager, will review tenant screening process & ARCH (At-risk Renters Connection to Housing).
· US Bank will have information available on their current loan products.
