This training session will feature:
· Maureen McMillan, Historic Tax Credit Consultant, will review Missouri & Federal Historic Tax Credit programs, and the Missouri Preservation Tax Credit program
· Dana Gray, of Tower Grove CDC, will review the state Neighborhood Preservation tax credit program
· US Bank will have information available on their current loan products.
