Diwali 2023 at Edison Theater

Diwali at WashU is an annual showcase of various performances including Bhangra, Garba, Raas, and Chahaat. Tickets are $10 a person. If you are interested in attending with the STL Asian American meet up group then please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/Fat1XAkHZksypfBQ9

We will place a bulk order of tickets so we can all sit together. When you fill out the form you will receive information on who to venmo to reserve your seat(s) and how to receive your tickets. The form will close on on 11/01.

You can pick up your tickets 30 mins before the event inside Edison theater in between the box office and subway sandwich restaurant. Look for Will who will have a STL Asian American Gathering sign.

Ashoka is WashU’s South Asian Student Association. They promote the understanding and appreciation of South Asian culture through various different events during the year such as like our famous Diwali show in the fall and our South Asian Heritage Month and Holi celebration in the spring. They do workshops, community service, dinners, dances, movie nights and more.

Directions: There is a parking lot in between Francis Olympic Field and Edison Theater which is marked on the MeetUp map.
