Cryptography + Quantum Computers

David Hollander will provide a brief survey of topics in cryptography relevant to Rust system programmers such symmetric & asymmetric encryption, key exchange, signatures, authentication, classical cryptograhic methods, and newer post-quantum standards. If time permits we will try some Rust crates and example programs.

Aayush Gauba will provide a brief introduction to quantum computing to help us understand what a quantum computer actually is.
