St. Louis Serverless Relaunch Event

Details
Welcome to the St Louis Serverless Relaunch event!
UPDATE: My client has moved me to a new project starting April 1st. With all the ramp up and learning I need to do, I'm going to have to push this to May. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
St. Louis Serverless was founded in 2018 to promote and educate software developers, architects, and technical managers about serverless. At the time, almost no one knew what serverless was, let alone how to do it. Cloud providers offered little in the way of serverless, mostly just Functions as a Service (e.g. AWS Lambda).
Needless to say, a lot has changed since then.
All the major cloud providers now offer a wide range of serverless. Third party services offer serverless databases, Kafka, Redis and more.
As more and more teams developed expertise with serverless, the value proposition for St. Louis Serverless dropped - as did our attendance. The time to prepare talks stayed the same or increased, but they were being delivered to smaller and smaller live audiences. Frankly, it has yielded diminishing returns.
Our mission is changing. Instead of focusing on training Fortune 500 developers and architects, we're going to be focusing more on entrepreneurial development leveraging serverless technologies for startups and agile teams. Fortune 500 technologists will still benefit, but so will many small businesses and startups.
We are moving to a completely different tech stack for meetings, leaving Zoom and moving to YouTube for live streaming, shorts, video playlists, and archives.
All this retooling will take some some time for YouTube creator training, video and audio production toolchains, and more.
Therefore we will not meet again until the relaunch on May 6, 2025.
Thank you for your patience. I hope to see you May!
