Mary has worked as a bookkeeper with real estate investors since 2004, helping everyone from rental owners, flippers, wholesalers, and vacation rental hosts. In 2020, she launched her own bookkeeping business with her friend and business partner, Theresa Ellison.
In this talk, Mary will share the key systems, reports, and routines that the most successful investors use to stay on top of their finances—plus tips for automating your processes to save time and reduce stress. Whether you’re new or managing multiple projects, you’ll leave with practical steps to organize your books, make better decisions, and set your business up for long-term success.
