Please join us in person at RIGAZZI'S on The Hill for the JANUARY edition of STL WIRE! A place where women who are in real estate, or want to get in real estate, can network and meet like-minded ladies. Dinner and drinks are available to purchase, but this is a FREE event to attend - we would love to have you!

6:00–6:30 pm – Networking to meet other ladies interested in real estate investing of any kind. Whether you are just curious to learn more or just thinking of starting your first project, we would enjoy meeting you as we are all new!

6:30–7:30 pm – Mid-Term Rentals: Strategy, Setup, and Success with Christina Carl.
Christina will share practical insights into mid-term rentals, including current market trends, what’s driving demand, how MTRs compare to STRs and LTRs, and how to get started or scale successfully. Whether you already own a property or are exploring the strategy, you’ll leave with actionable takeaways and resources to plug into the broader MTR community.
About the speaker:
Christina Carl is a real estate investor and co-founder of WEEM Capital, a private money lending company. Prior to launching WEEM Capital in January 2025, she rehabbed and operated single-family short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. Christina also brings fifteen years of experience in sales and partner development at a Fortune 50 company, along with five years of experience coaching executive women.
