Please join us in person at RIGAZZI'S on The Hill for the FEBRUARY edition of STL WIRE! A place where women who are in real estate, or want to get in real estate, can network and meet like-minded ladies. Dinner and drinks are available to purchase, but this is a FREE event to attend - we would love to have you!
6:00–6:30 pm – Networking to meet other ladies interested in real estate investing of any kind. Whether you are just curious to learn more or just thinking of starting your first project, we would enjoy meeting you as we are all new!
6:30–7:30 pm – GUYS' NIGHT Partnership Panel with Alyssa Rispoli & Pat Tanner and Josh Wiesler & Laura Lenington
This is our one annual exception to the ladies-only rule—guys are officially invited (yes, really!). We're excited to spotlight two awesome male/female investing partnerships sharing their real-world experiences building successful real estate businesses together.
About the speakers:
Patrick and Alyssa are real estate investing entrepreneurs who buy, flip, wholesale, and hold rental properties together. They’re big on smart systems, AI, real conversations, having fun, and sharing what actually works (and what doesn’t) when building a real estate business. They have been working together for 7 years.
Josh and Laura are long-time real estate investing partners who buy, flip, wholesale, and hold properties, specializing in creative structuring, owner financing, and non-traditional deals. Josh has 9+ years and 100+ transactions in wholesaling, flips, multifamily, and commercial, while coaching investors; Laura, licensed in IL and MO since 2014, has acquired 24 units via seller financing and creative strategies, and focuses on relationship-driven solutions. Together, they co-own 16 units and love sharing practical insights on what really works in real estate.
