A place where women who are in real estate, or want to get in real estate, can network and meet like-minded ladies. 6:00–6:30 pm – Networking to meet other ladies interested in real estate investing of any kind. Whether you are just curious to learn more or just thinking of starting your first project, we would enjoy meeting you as we are all new!

6:30–7:30 pm – Learn How to Build Your Own Personal Financial Statement
Join us for a hands-on class on creating your personal financial statement—a key tool for tracking your financial picture to provide to banks and lending partners as well as to help make smarter decisions as a real estate investor. Make sure your PFS tells the story of YOU to your bank. Learn what lenders look for in a PFS (you'd be surprised its not often what you think).
About the speaker:
Mindy Heitman is a seasoned real estate investor and private lender in St. Louis, as well as a co-organizer for STL WIRE. As the founder of Sweetgum Loans, she has funded hundreds of loans in the St Louis area for real estate investors. She also owns and manages a portfolio of long and mid-term rental units, bringing hands-on experience in property investment and management.
