A place where women who are in real estate, or want to get in real estate, can network and meet like-minded ladies. 6:00–6:30 pm – Networking to meet other ladies interested in real estate investing of any kind. Whether you are just curious to learn more or just thinking of starting your first project, we would enjoy meeting you as we are all new!

6:30–7:30 pm – Navigating Short Sales
Short sales are one of the most complex transactions agents encounter. In this session, Jenn will break down why short sales are so challenging, walk through the overall process, explain why many get denied, and outline how her team supports agents through a structured referral and negotiation process.

Jenn Wood is the founder of STL Short Sales and a trusted resource for agents and homeowners navigating distressed property situations. With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry—20 of those with one of the nation’s largest banks—she brings deep lender insight and negotiation expertise to every short sale.
