Please join us in person at RIGAZZI'S on The Hill for the JUNE edition of STL WIRE! A place where women who are in real estate, or want to get in real estate, can network and meet like-minded ladies. Dinner and drinks are available to purchase, but this is a FREE event to attend - we would love to have you!

6:00–6:30 pm – Networking to meet other ladies interested in real estate investing of any kind. Whether you are just curious to learn more or just thinking of starting your first project, we would enjoy meeting you as we are all new!

6:30–7:30 pm – Journey to Financial Freedom
Jennifer Donley's journey to financial freedom started with a flip in Overland that took a year to sell and cost her $15,000. Eight years later, her rental portfolio and hard money lending business (built on the lessons of that flip and a long list of other mistakes) cover all of her family's expenses, and she's forgotten what it's like to set an alarm to wake up every day.

Jennifer owns a rental portfolio in the St. Louis area and a short-term rental in Asheville, and she runs STL Investor Loans, a hard money lending business serving local investors. She also co-owns Claria Clean, a janitorial company, with her husband Joe, and is a big believer that real estate is a "make every mistake at least once" sport.
