6:00–8:00 pm – OFF-SITE PROPERTY TOUR with Rebekah Copeland. Rebekah Copeland is a real estate investor and boutique property management owner who has channeled 15+ years of hospitality and sales instincts into a portfolio of ~40 mid & long rental properties — and she's cracked the code on finding MTR demand hiding in plain sight. She's here to hand you the tools and framework to uncover MTR opportunities wherever you already are.

- This will be a 'walking and talking' tour. Attendees will need to provide their own folding/camping chair if they want to sit at any point.

- With street parking only available, we strongly suggested carpooling.
