Joanna Devereaux is a full-time St. Louis investor and landlord who specializes in pre-foreclosures, using creative strategies to help homeowners find solutions while building her long-term rental portfolio. A mom of two who started with her husband’s childhood home, she and her husband recently expanded into a commercial asphalt company as they grow lasting wealth and a lifestyle centered on family and fun.
Tatiana Zagorovski is a real estate entrepreneur specializing in wholesaling, fix & flips, and creative finance, as well as a Business Efficiency Architect who uses technology and systems to make businesses run smarter. She’s also a national speaker, author, and Taekwondo black belt with a particular passion for fighting scammers—in business, mostly.
Camille Luna is a REALTOR® and real estate investment specialist who has helped clients buy, sell, build, and invest since 2011, with deep experience across residential, commercial, fix-and-flips, foreclosures, and development. Having personally taken on investment and renovation projects herself, she brings a rare both-sides-of-the-table perspective that helps investors recognize opportunities and make smarter strategic decisions.
