Come on out for a Friday evening of delicious cocktails and liquor tasting at StilL 630! I know we usually keep these events to craft beer, but I feel a local craft distillery deserves all the same love that local craft beer deserves!
On Fridays StilL 630 opens their doors to the public to create a weekly cocktail bar with a new specialty cocktail menu each month featuring the delicious spirits manufactured on site and ingredients mostly from the Soulard Market bought fresh that day. In addition to the unique cocktails that change every month, they also offer tasting flights, traditional cocktails, shot of the month, and straight pours of the liquors. Cocktail prices range in price from $8-12.
They also give monthly samples of their monthly single barrel of Bottled-in-Bond Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey for FREE! This is their journey of bourbons in 2026 exploring the history of the United States to celebrate our country's 250th anniversary.
This event will take place inside the distillery. Normally, the cocktail bar is open from 5 PM til 9 PM but due to the crowds before 7 PM, I have organized us to not bother arriving until 7:15. It is ok if you show up late, but the distillery closes at 9 PM so plan accordingly.
This event is cross-posted with the St. Louis Young Professionals Meetup group and their version of the event includes a second half with Karaoke at Carson's from 9:15 to Midnight, and you are welcome to join that second half! Simply come along when we transition from Still 630 to Carson's.
