Self defense training starts at 5:15. We will celebrate from 6:30-7:30 with wine and cheese and a talented local musician. If you cannot participate in our self defense portion, join us to donate cash/ household items at 6:30.

All, it has been a long time since covid stopped our in person meetings. With the unknown in upcoming months, let’s all gather in September and practice the physics of confidence and strength. Join us as we will all learn the art & science of strength & confidence

In this 90 min session, Sensei Elliot Freeman, one of the best in the world, will show you ways to be powerful that you haven’t even dreamed of.
5-6:30 Art of physical strength and self defense
6:30-7 Wine/Cheese and celebration
Age: 13 and up (bring your teen daughter to learn self defense)

About Sensei Elliot Freeman:
Sensei Freeman (6th degree black belt) is one of Taka Sensei's principal students and direct representatives - leading seminars around the world for fellow Aikidoka, military, security, and law enforcement. He has been doing Aikido for more than 40 years, and is the founder of Three Rivers Aikido.
Sensei Elliot is the master trainer under many of the best in great marshal arts in the world such as Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris and more.
Sensei Elliot continually trains the law enforcements in many different countries.
