Meet other runners in the Saint Louis area. ALL level of runners are welcome. We have a range of activities from training runs to fun social runs followed by dinner and drinks. We also post information about exciting races around the St. Louis area.
We encourage our members to suggest and host events and activities they are interested in. Everyone runs on a different schedule so the more variety we can add to the calendar, the better.

BWC Coffee Run from the Living Room in Maplewood
Through May and June, the BWC Run group is organizing a weekly Sunday morning coffee run. These Sunday morning runs, like our regular Wednesday night runs, will start from different coffee shops around St Louis. The routes will be about 3 mile and we'll keep the runs at an easy pace. If you want some extra miles, join me at 7:20am to run the posted route in reverse before joining the rest of the group at 8am.
If you haven't joined a BWC Run on Wednesdays, these Sunday coffee runs are a great opportunity to see what you're missing.
