BWC Coffee Run from Maplewood Deli & Coffeehouse

Through May and June, the BWC Run group is organizing a weekly Sunday morning coffee run. These Sunday morning runs, like our regular Wednesday night runs, will start from different coffee shops around St Louis. The routes will be about 3 mile and we'll keep the runs at an easy pace. If you want some extra miles, join me at 7:20am to run the posted route in reverse before joining the rest of the group at 8am.

If you haven't joined a BWC Run on Wednesdays, these Sunday coffee runs are a great opportunity to see what you're missing.
