Have you heard of Out of Office parties? It is a great event that takes place once a month, usually on a Friday after the salary day! :) The one in June is held outdoors and is one of the best events in Stockholm in the summer. It is a celebration of the beginning of the summer. This one is held on June 13th because, as you know, around June 25th the city closes down for the summer. :)
It is a real party, good music, cocktails and good vibes but the twist is that you come straight from work and the party is done by 21:00. Of course, you can continue elsewhere, if you would like to. Come as you like, dressed up or from a work meeting. It is a very good mix of people and a very good mix of music.
Usually these events are for free, you just need to download the app. This one has an entrance ticket, 150 sek. You need to download the oooaw app and buy your ticket there in advance. You need to register in the app and show the ticket at the entrance.
The event starts at 17:00. We will meet at 16:30 by the Djurgårdsbron (the side of the city, not Djurgården, opposite of the party place). You can also join us at 17:00 at the entrance but the risk is not be able to find each other. Of course, we can update where we are in the comments on the event wall. Expect queues! But once we are in, it will be great. We meet in advance to be in the queue together and start the party already there! ;)
