[Elm](http://elm-lang.org/) is a functional programming language for building web browser interfaces in a reactive style. Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and a major tech hub in the Nordic countries. We are enthusiasts who want to climb the tree, swing from the branches and discover the hidey holes in the trunk.
