My brrrave friends, now that the Thursday event has found its place in our insane routines, it is time to complete the calendar as announced. You can register on the Meetup page for the ‘Monday chill smashing’ event.

The location is the jetty in front of Kristineberg Strandpark. Same time, 18:00, shorter walk to our shelter at Salladsbar Strand where Ahmed will take care of our hungry/angry mitochondria.

Our polar bear thermometer with his impassible smile is not going to announce more than 3°C. Some guidance in breathing is recommended but if you prefere to skip that part, feel free to warm up your favorite way: training, meditation, vulcanizing :•), we are here to assist you the way you prefer.
