Two Sundays a month we’ll meet for new and full moon, to do yoga and healing activities such as meditations, mantras and tapping as well as optional sharing within the group. The yoga and activities are tailored for each moon phase to help you release, set goals and feel good. ✨

You can join for one class or buy packages of four or seven classes with discounts. An online community is included to make it even easier to share experiences and make new friends in town. 🫶
