Lean Coffee connects people with a passion for improving the ways they work and deliver value, such as agile experts, scrum masters, business leaders, students, nurses, programmers, consultants, or startup people - everyone is welcome. It's also a good occasion to get to know people in Stockholm.
Bring an issue you have in your professional life, a topic you want to discuss, or a methodology you want to understand better. Use the experience of others, share your own, or just talk something out.
The group sets the agenda by voting on topics proposed by the participants, and discussions are timeboxed.
Some example topics: Agile, Lean, Scrum, Quality Assurance, Communication, Teamwork, Team dynamics, Software Practices, DevOps, Product managment.

What is this "agile" thing?
Why is my team always lagging behind on work?
