Discussing the Quran: Dialogue, Reflection, Understanding

You are warmly invited to an evening of open conversation and reflection on selected surahs from the Quran.

Together, we will explore surah 1 Al-Fatihah (The Opening) and
49 Al-Hujarat (The Chambers) — discussing their meanings, asking questions, and sharing insights in a welcoming and respectful environment.

Because the Quran’s Arabic is rich and deeply layered, translations can sometimes miss important nuances of language, context, and interpretation. Our discussions aim to clarify and create space for deeper understanding.

Through guided dialogue and collective interpretation, we hope to engage with the text thoughtfully, intellectually, and with an open heart.
Everyone is encouraged to bring their reflections, questions, and curiosity as we journey through the Quran together.

You are welcome to suggest or bring up additional surahs for discussion. Feel free to bring a notebook and a pen to take notes if interested.
