Start: 10:00 at Medborgarplatsen Station (outside MAX burgers)
Route: Starting at Slussen, weโ€™ll run along the waterfront to Kungsholmen and back, about 6โ€“8 km in total.
After: Brunch or fika together near Medborgarplatsen

### What to Wear

  • Comfy Running clothes & Shoes
  • Light running jacket in case of rain
  • Change of top or extra clothes if you plan to stay for brunch
  • Must haves:
    Your own water bottle.
  • We can leave most things safely in a gym locker inside SOFO before we take off:

If you will store your things in a locker, please bring a bag and a lock and make sure to come early.
Optional extras:

  • Running belt or arm pocket if you want to bring your phone/keys on the run

### Before the Run

  • Arrive 10โ€“15 minutes early to warm up, stretch and store your belongings.
  • Weโ€™ll start running around 10:15 sharp.

### After the Run โ€“ Brunch/Fika

Weโ€™ll gather for brunch or fika right after. Some good nearby food spots to choose from:

  • Brรถd and Salt โ€“ cozy with good brunch options
  • Jerusalem Kebab (Halal lunch)
  • Amida (Halal lunch)

### Extra Tips

  • We check the weather forecast the night before and update the event here and try to avoid rain.
  • Avoid heavy breakfast before running; eat or drink something light like a banana or smoothie.
  • If youโ€™re new to running don't worry, we all run at the same slow pace, the goal is fun and community, not speed.
