Kum Nye - Tibetan Yoga - Course Online
Details
Kum Nye is a gentle method that consists of movement and breathing exercises, self-massage and quiet sitting. Healing of the body and mind is supported by reawakening and balancing our inner energies. The method was created by the Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku, primarily to help us who live a hectic life to release stress.
In this course of eight sessions, experienced Kum Nye practitioner and teacher Stig Albansson will guide you through practices from the book Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga by Tartang Tulku, that can then be practiced the weeks between each session.
There are copies of the Kum Nye book for sale at Yeshin Norbu Meditationscenter.
