Begin your journey into Buddhist philosophy and meditation with the second module of Discovering Buddhism - How to meditate.
In this module of Discovering Buddhism you will learn about the definition and purpose of meditation, how to sit properly, how to set up a meditation session, how to recognise and deal with obstacles to meditation, and will get to experiment with different types of meditation.
Join drop-in or the full module of five weeks.
