About the community
Stockholm Making Friends, a community has been running for over 3 years with 5000+ members on Meetup and 1000+ on WhatsApp and Instagram.
I’ve been organizing social events since 2013 in three different cities, and it’s always been a pleasure to help people meet regularly and build new connections.
A relaxed and friendly meetup where locals, expats, and travelers come together to connect, chat, and make new friends.
Feel free to practice a language, share stories, or just enjoy good conversations in a welcoming atmosphere. The goal is simple: make it easy to meet people, feel at home in Stockholm, and grow a real community.

- How long is the event?
It starts at 1830. The karaoke starts at 22. Some people stay until 2 am but it's easier to find us between 1830 to 22
- How to find us in the bar?
We normally stay on the big table on the left when you enter the bar( except in special events). The organizers tries to welcome you and the bar tenders will tell you where we staying.
-Does the event has a special dress code?
It’s a very casual event.
-Do I need to pay?
The event is free. You just need to pay for your drinks :P
-Is there a certain age for the event?
As long as you are over 18, you are welcome to the event.36 attendees

After the big support after our last fika, we gonna do it again :)
Not a morning person? Perfect. This fika is made for all of us who believe Sundays should start slow 😌
This is a relaxed meetup for people who prefer to take it easy and enjoy good company later in the day.

• A cozy, laid-back fika with coffee, tea, and sweets ☕🍰
• Chill conversations about life, culture, travel, and anything in between
• A friendly space to meet new people without pressure
• A mix of locals, expats, and travelers—everyone is welcome!

This event is connected to an English language café happening earlier in the day.
If you feel productive and can wake up in time, you’re welcome to join the English café first to practice your English—then come relax with us at the fika later!
