Stockholm MLOps Community 2023 Kick-off!

March 28 we will kick-off 2023 by rebooting the Stockholm MLOps Community and start a series of MLOps oriented Meetups over the year.

For the March 28 event, we will have three speakers and one moderated Q&A session. Each speaker will give a 10-15min talk on something MLOps oriented that the speaker is currently engaged in or find particularly relevant/interesting. These will be followed by a moderated Q&A session where the last question will be directed to the participants and focus on what the community would like to see as the main theme for the next event.

The speakers are:

Leonard Aukea who is driving ML Engineering & Operations at Volvo Cars. Together with his team, he provides a curated experience for Volvo Cars ML developers. Leonard has a background in ML/Data science, has two kids, a wife and a cat. Leonards talk is currently untitled...

Tom Solberg who is a software engineer at Embark Studios. Tom is a machine learning engineer at Embark, working on everything from cloud infrastructure to gameplay systems. His goal in life is to have an empty backlog and no CI issues for a whole week. If you catch him with a beer he'll be equally happy talking about dogs, games, or your favourite build system. Tom's talk is titled "Accessible RL at Embark".

Mo Andjedani who is a Principal AI/ML engineer at King. Mo is a software architect and AI/ML engineer and evolutionary architecture enthusiast, seasoned in leading teams in both startups and enterprises. His background is in computational geometry, has a great passion for coaching and he is a coffee geek. Mo's talk is titled “Evolutionary Architecture for ML Systems”.

The Q&A session will be moderated by Harry Souris who is a Lead AI/ML Solution Architect with a focus on Data and MLOps at Silo AI.
