MLOps & Banking

March 14 we will continue our monthly MLOps meetups! This Meetup will be sponsored by Snowflake and focus on banking with speakers from Snowflake, Swedbank and Tink.

The format will be the similar to previous meetups with three speakers and a moderated Q&A session.

This evening, we will hear from:

- Alexander Jaballah, Sales Engineer at Snowflake who will give a talk titled "Snowflake, the data cloud platform that enables your ML/AI journey" where he will dig into the transformative synergy between your ML/AI journey and what Snowflakes Data cloud delivers. He will explore how Snowflake, the Data Cloud Platform, becomes the secure and governed center for unleashing the full potential of ML and AI and share how Snowflake Data Cloud seamlessly integrates diverse data, providing a secure workspace where innovation thrives.

- Erik Peterson, Senior Software Engineer at Swedbank who will give a talk titled "MLOps at Swedbank: Open, Simple, and Caring". Description of his talk: Machine Learning systems combine the challenges of software engineering, data management, and business processes. With such a process heavy industry, Swedbank must keep up with the changing times. Yet, how does Swedbank ensure that focus be on our clients’ needs, not on our products?

- Erik Pärlstrand, Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Lef Filippakis Senior Data Engineer both at Tink who will give a talk titled "Elevating Your Existing ML Models To Vertex AI" which will address how we automated all the DevOps processes for our data professionals so that they can deploy their ML models to Vertex AI endpoints like a breeze.

The Q&A session will be moderated by Harry Souris, Chief Architect (ML/AI & Data) at Silo AI.

Once again, we will have the great fortune of gathering at Combient's beautiful office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 (Floor 3).
