2026 Kick-Off!!!
Details
All right!!!
Our first meetup of 2026 will take place January 22 at AI Sweden!
Once again, we'll focus on start-ups and, this time, with an eye towards co-located private clouds as alternatives to public cloud infrastructure for mlops. Our sponsors this time are HPE and Digital Realty.
Details are still being worked out. Stay tuned for updates!
Event Program
- Doors open at 17:00 CET
- Talks begin at 17:45 CET
- There will be light food & drinks
- There may be a moderated Q&A session...
Speaker Line-Up TBD.
- Levi Szász, Turn-Key AI Factory/Private Cloud Sales Specialist, HPE and Andreia Swahn, Channel & Alliance Manager, Digital Realty, will give a talk titled "Turn-Key Co-Located Private Clouds for AI". Abstract: Private clouds are on the rise as AI moves into production and enterprises demand stronger security, data control, and cost predictability. In this talk, we show how co-located private clouds can enable startups to run hybrid deployments—spanning public and private cloud—so they can meet enterprise requirements while still moving fast.
- Lukas Sjögren, Co-Founder of Dentio will give a talk titled: "AI-Native Dentistry: Automating the Entire Clinical Workflow". Abstract: Europe's dental software market is radically fragmented, with no single monopoly player, just hundreds of legacy EHR vendors per country. This fragmentation has historically been a barrier, but in the AI era it's an opportunity: whoever captures the data entry point can build the system of record. We're using ambient AI as a wedge. By converting natural clinical conversations into structured medical records and insurance codes in real-time, we become the source of truth for patient data, then expand into scheduling, billing, claims, and payments. This talk covers how we architected for this land-and-expand strategy: building the transcription pipeline that earns trust, designing schema that anticipate downstream workflows, and creating the integration layer that lets us coexist with legacy systems while gradually replacing them. Attendees will learn how to think about AI wedge products in vertical SaaS, when ambient intelligence can be a trojan horse into owning an entire category's data layer.
- Goran Mladenovski, CTO of Turbotic will give a talk titled: "How Anyone can Automate Anything. Democratize Automation". Abstract: Turbotic enables AI-Powered Business Transformation by helping organizations investigate, implement, and leverage AI solutions to transform their operations, unlock new capabilities, and future-proof their business models in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. In short, with Turbotic Automation AI anyone can automate anything. AI to build, deploy and execute task- and workflow automations with zero coding.
- Hamed Mohammadpour, Co-Founder & COO of Finna will give a talk titled: "Task Mining with Vision LLMs: Finding Automation Opportunities from Screen Recordings". Abtract: Knowledge workers spend hours daily on repetitive tasks like copy-pasting between apps, filling forms, and clicking through familiar workflows. But identifying which tasks are worth automating remains guesswork. This talk presents a practical pipeline for "task mining": recording screen activity and using vision LLMs to systematically surface automation candidates. I'll demonstrate a working system that captures desktop activity, extracts structured task descriptions using LLMs, clusters similar activities, and ranks them by automation potential. Attendees will learn frame sampling strategies for cost-effective capture, prompt engineering techniques for reliable task extraction from screenshots, and a practical framework for prioritizing which repetitive tasks to automate first.
- Bip Thelin, Co-Founder and CEO of Noru will give a talk titled: "The third wave of GRC: how to create an embedded intelligence layer". Abstract: Creating compliance documentation for frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requires more than simple text generation; it demands strict adherence to complex rules and organizational context. We present an architecture for generating framework-aligned policies at scale, utilizing multi-layered RAG, prompting and tools to inject company context, control mappings, and document-specific instructions into every call. The talk explores our technical implementation, specifically how we enforce type-safe structured outputs and generate editable rich-text formats while avoiding broken references. We will also cover production patterns for "human-in-the-loop" verification, including the use of AI-generated review markers and batch regeneration strategies. Attendees will learn actionable techniques for orchestrating complex, structured content generation pipelines in a regulated domain.
- Johan Thulin, Co-Founder & CTO and Philip Cederman, Co-Founder & COO of Aphygo, will give a talk titled: "How Aphy solves the beer game". Abstract: Today’s AI-systems are brittle. They perform well under specific, controlled conditions but fail unexpectedly when faced with minor changes or edge cases. This occurs because AI models, particularly those based on machine learning, often rely on patterns in training data rather than true understanding. We have developed a technique that mitigates this problem - the Adaptive Semantic Lattice (ASL). ASL is a cognitive architecture inspired by associative memory, Hopfield dynamics, and the brain’s Default Mode Network. It enables divergent association and convergent synthesis, allowing agents to form contextually coherent, self-consistent behavior over time. Unlike RAG, ASL retrieves and integrates semantically related experiences, enabling abstraction, analogy, and creativity—key steps toward cognitively adaptive agents. We will show the audience an example that proves the difference between ASL and a regular LLM/RAG.
Looking forward to seeing you there,
