City face ride

Hello and welcome!
For the second ride of the season we set off at the same spot as last time, stone forum west to the Postnord HQ building that is fit to contain a bunch of riders. We then proceed to get to the Two towers through Karlberg palace park to Bellevue park on to the waterfront and passing Stockholm University to Norra Djurgården. Next on the route is Laduviken lake and through Stora Skuggan on to wrap Hjorthagen on the way and then around Djurgården on the waterfront again. Coming to the Gröna lund and through a bunch of museums back to the city, to proceed to Kungsholmen and eventually finish by the Two towers not far from Odenplan cycle friendly pendeltåg entrance.

The entire length is around 30km on mostly empty mixed urban/forest/waterfront/industrial environments with great spots for vistas. Plan is not to go fast but far.

Weather seems to be pleasant and a bit chill to the night, consider layers for clothing and extra wind protection.

Some other useful things to consider:

• bike lights and visibility clothes
• helmet
• 1+ liter clear water
• power banks for phones and devices

We are going to have plenty of stops to snack and rest, and take some pictures.
