Common questions:
How long should one stay in the water?
It depends on your comfort level. You can stay as little as 30 seconds or up to 2â3 minutes, depending on how you feel. I aim to help everyone to reach this level of relaxation and to destress through breathing and meditating. So if you used to a quick buddy dip and out, then I am happy to challenge you to try unlocking your body and mental potential of controlling your breathing and relaxing in cold water.
What do those who have already been in the water do while others are still swimming?
To minimize wait times, we split into groups(depending on numbers)
Make sure to bring warm clothing, socks, and gloves to stay cozy while you wait.
Where do you change into warm clothes?
We change at the swimming spot. You may also use the cafe bathroom to change. Itâs helpful to bring an extra towel to stand on while changing to keep your feet warm and dry.
Wear socks in the water if you like and put on some gloves to stay comfortable (optional)
