Winter Mindfulness Experience (Sauna and Coldplunge)

Time to plan for our next mindfulness adventure.
On Sunday, the 15th of February, we will go to Hellasgården

We start by gathering at the sauna entrance to welcome each other, have a briefing on cold plunging, mindfulness, and how to make the best out of this experience.
We will then change our clothes and go directly to the cold plunge.
I will guide you to relax, calm down, and breathe normally in the cold water.
Afterwards, will head to the sauna and go back and forth to the water individually or in groups.
We end the day with a social gathering at the cafe. (I highly recommend trying their soup! 😋)

1- 12.30 Check-in, Meet and greet.
2- 12.45 Access the changing room.
3- 12.55 First round of cold plunge (guided group activity)
4- 13.xx till 14.15 Sauna and cold plunge
5- 14.15 Gather at the cafe for a warm soup and social gathering.
