Common questions:

How long should one stay in the water?
It depends on your comfort level. You can stay as little as 30 seconds or up to 2–3 minutes, depending on how you feel. I aim to help everyone reach a high level of relaxation and de-stress through breathing and meditation. So if you are used to a quick buddy dip and out, I am happy to challenge you to try unlocking your body's and mind's potential by controlling your breathing and relaxing in cold water.

Where do you change into warm clothes?
We change at the swimming spot. You may also use the cafe bathroom to change. It’s helpful to bring an extra towel to stand on while changing to keep your feet warm and dry.

Wear socks in the water if you like, and put on some gloves to stay comfortable (optional)
