Welcome to our after work cold plunge and social gathering.

Our events are beginner friendly. I am happy to guide you a step by step to enjoy the experience and get the benefit of cold pathing.

By the end of the experience, you will feel refreshed, relaxed, and have a boost of mental clarity that will make you want to keep this exercise as a habit.

We’ll gather at Riddarholmen in Gamla stan, and I will give a guiding brief, then we will take the cold plunge.

After the plunge we will gather at a nearby place to warm up and socialize.

Don’t forget to bring a towel, warm clothes, and, for added comfort, you may bring gloves and an extra pair of socks.

Common questions:

How long should one stay in the water?
It depends on your comfort level. The importance is that I will help you to stay long enough to regulate your breathing, adapt to the water, and relax. On average, participants spend between 1 to 2 minutes, while more experienced practitioners stay between 2–3 minutes in zero degrees water.

I aim to help everyone reach this level of relaxation and to de-stress through breathing and meditating. So if you are used to a quick buddy dip and out, then I am happy to challenge you to try unlocking your body and mental potential of controlling your breathing and relaxing in cold water.

What do those who have already been in the water do while others are still swimming?
To minimize wait times, we split into groups(depending on numbers)
Make sure to bring warm clothing, extra socks, and gloves to stay cozy while you wait.
