Photographing the vintage car rally, Gärdesloppet on Djurgården

Let’s meet at the vintage car rally, Gärdesloppet. The idea is to capture the cars on their way to Gärdet as they pass along Strandvägen. We can then walk to Gärdet where they will be parked and capture some portraits of the cars and owners. There is a coffee stand on the field at Gärdet.

Meeting point: Strandvägen 56, outside the building ’Kungliga Motorbåt klubben’. Be ready to start photographing the cars as they go by.

We may stand in the middle of the road between the two car lanes. This tree-lined walkway starts after the roundabout at Djurgårdsbron. I will be there from 09.15.

After photographing on Gärdet, we can gather together for lunch at 12.00 at Matmekka, the café at the Ethnography Museum.
