Monorepo architectures

Details

Adam Bergman will give a talk about one teams journey towards a monorepo project architecture. The ups and downs. The benefits and the tradeoffs.

About the speaker:
Adam Bergman is a Frontend Developer at Velory. His background is in journalism, but he transitioned to frontend development two years ago. Improving developer experience and making all flows related to the daily life of a developer smoother is one of his main goals.

After Adam we will have a lightning talk by Patrick Eriksson:
"Not my code; not my problem" - how to supercharge developer velocity with a single string.
We've all been there. It's been a long and busy day, and it's time to go home, but just as we're about to push our work to remote, it hits us in the face: ESLint error on line 42. "WHAT", you hear yourself scream, "I didn't even touch that line! Why am I being punished for this?"
Join us as we introduce a set-it-and-forget-it plugin to ensure this never happens again. Your team will thank you for it.

This is our first non remote event in ages, soo excited about this!
There will be food, drinks, and actual real humans to interact with!
The meet up will be hosted by Velory, hope to see you there.
